Southern's Signature Coffee Service

The finest, most costly coffee can be ruined by a brewer which is not regularly cleaned, is out of adjustment, or has a poor quality water supply. Southern's service representatives address all of these issues starting with installation and continuing with each visit.

During each visit, the Southern representative:

• greets his contact and asks if there are any special requests
• cleans the brewing surfaces to remove stale, moldy coffee oils which have accumulated
• cleans the brewer itself so that it is pleasing to look at
• tidies the area at the brewer
• exchanges the used bowls which have brown films of old coffee on them with fresh, clean bowls
• takes and records your product inventory
• recommends the quantity of products to last until the next service visit
• introduces any new products
• notes any service problems that need attention
• delivers and puts away the selected products in a rotated sequence
• leaves a copy of the invoice
